Q's Toolkit of Many Ideas ("Q's Toolkit", "we", "us") is a toolkit for tabletop RPG game masters and players, available at aigmtoolkit.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account details: your name, email address and profile picture from the sign-in method you choose (for example, Google), plus the preferences you set during onboarding such as your game system and experience level. Your content: the campaigns, NPCs, encounters, lore, maps, characters, notes, recaps, homebrew and content packs you create or import. Uploads: images and audio you upload, such as session audio you add to a recap. Messages: anything you send through the feedback button or the contact form, including the email address you give us there.
Usage and credits: which tools you use and how many AI credits each generation uses, so we can run the credit allowance and daily cap. Referrals: if you arrive through an invite or portal link, we record who referred you so the referral reward can be credited. Device storage: we use browser storage and cookies to keep you signed in and to remember settings such as your preferred game system and whether you've seen the intro video. Advertising measurement: we use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. It may set cookies and share an event (such as "signed up") and an identifier with Google. If we advertise on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or TikTok, their measurement pixels work the same way and share the same kinds of events (signed up, first campaign created, purchase) and an identifier with Meta or TikTok. Ad source: if you arrive from an ad or post with tracking tags in the link (for example utm_source), we save those tags on your account so we know which campaigns bring people in.
Subscriptions, the Player Pass and paid content packs are processed by our payment provider (Wix Payments). We do not see or store your full card number. We receive and keep a record of what you bought, when, and your subscription status.
When you use an AI tool, the prompt you type and the relevant parts of your campaign (for example, its NPCs, lore and past recaps, so results fit your world) are sent to the third-party AI model providers we use to generate text, images, audio and video. We send only what the generation needs. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train our own models.
We use information to run the Service: to sign you in, save and display your content, generate AI content you ask for, apply plans and credits, process payments, credit referrals, answer support requests, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, fix bugs, understand which features are used so we can improve them, and measure our advertising.
Your campaigns are private to you and anyone you invite, such as co-GMs. A Player Portal link shows that campaign's portal to anyone who has the link. Content packs you publish to the Marketplace are visible to all users. Reviews and reports you submit may be visible to the pack's creator and to our moderators.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service: our hosting and database platform (Base44), our payment provider, the AI model providers described above, and Google for ad measurement. If we advertise on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or TikTok, we also use their measurement pixels so we can tell which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account from your Profile page removes the campaigns, NPCs, lore, encounters, character sheets, session logs, homebrew and assets you created. To have your account record and any remaining information removed as well, contact us and we will delete it, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons (such as payment records). Surprise campaigns you opt into auto-deleting are removed 7 days after they are created.
You can edit or delete your content at any time, export it with the built-in backup and export tools, and delete your account and its content from your Profile page. You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law, and we will honor them.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use access rules so users can only read and change the content they are allowed to, keep sensitive fields restricted, and keep payment details with our payment provider. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date below and announce material changes in the app.
