By accessing or using Q's Toolkit of Many Ideas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service — including its software, design, user interface, text, graphics, logos, branding, documentation, and all first-party content — is the exclusive property of Q's Toolkit and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works of the Service or its content without prior written permission.
You retain full ownership of the campaigns, NPCs, lore, characters, notes, and other content you create in the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and the people you share it with. You can export Your Content at any time via the built-in Markdown, JSON, and VTT export tools.
Content packs published to the Marketplace remain the property of their creators. By publishing a pack, creators warrant that the content is their original work (the Creator Content Agreement) and grant buyers a personal, non-transferable license to use the pack in their own campaigns. Reselling, redistributing, or republishing purchased packs is prohibited. Packs that infringe third-party rights may be removed under our takedown process.
You agree not to: (a) copy, clone, or scrape the Service or its content; (b) use automated tools to extract data other than your own exports; (c) upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, or violates the rights of others; (d) attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security measures; (e) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
AI-generated outputs (NPCs, maps, hooks, recaps, images, and videos) are provided for use in your campaigns. We design generation to produce original content, but we make no warranty that outputs are free of third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use and share generated content, especially if you publish or sell it.
Paid tiers and the Player Pass are billed as described on the Pricing page. Credits govern AI generation usage and have no cash value. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, submit a report using the in-app report tool on the relevant content pack, including a description of the original work and your contact email. We review all reports and remove infringing content where a report is upheld. Creators may appeal removals through the Creator Dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts used to copy or clone the Service. Upon termination you may request an export of Your Content within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q's Toolkit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
